ABSTRAK
Skizofrenia merupakan gangguan jiwa kronis yang menyebabkan distorsi
dalam berpikir, persepsi, emosi, bahasa, rasa, dan perilaku yang dapat diterapi
dengan antipsikotik tunggal maupun kombinasi. Pengobatan skizofrenia diberikan
seumur hidup sehingga berdampak pada tingginya biaya pengobatan. Tingginya
angka penderita skizofrenia dan beban pengobatan menyebabkan perlu dilakukan
analisis biaya. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui biaya total rata-rata
pengobatan terapi skizofrenia rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Mutiara Sukma
NTB tahun 2020. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian analisis deskriptif
biaya langsung (direct cost) dengan perspektif rumah sakit. Teknik sampling yang
digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 105 pasien
skizofrenia di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Mutiara Sukma NTB tahun 2020. Sumber data
penelitian bersifat retrospektif menggunakan data sekunder berupa rekam medis
dan data keuangan. Data yang diambil yaitu biaya langsung medis pasien yang
didiagnosa skizofrenia (F.20) selanjutnya dilakukan analisis statistik deskriptif
dengan microsoft excel dan uji komparatif dengan uji Mann-Whitney pada SPSS.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penderita skizofrenia tertinggi yaitu skizofrenia
paranoid (F20.0) (94%) yang didominasi oleh jenis kelamin laki-laki (73,3%),
berusia 36-45 tahun (31%), dengan tingkat pendidikan rendah (33.33%). Lama
rawat inap pasien skizofrenia rata-rata terbanyak selama 8-14 hari (60%).
Penggunaan antipsikotik tunggal dan kombinasi tertinggi masing-masing
risperidon (46.4%) dan risperidon-klozapin (42%). Komponen biaya terbesar
adalah biaya kamar rawat inap (40%) yang diikuti oleh biaya asuhan keperawatan
(23%), dokter konsultan (10,8%), dokter umum (8,8%), IGD (8,4%), psikolog
(3,62%), pemeriksaan laboratorium (1,8%), obat antipsikotik (1,8%), obat nonantipsikotik (0,9%), gizi (0,43%), apoteker (0,32%), bahan medis habis pakai
(0,08%), dan pendaftaran (0,05%). Total rata-rata biaya langsung medis per pasien
sebesar Rp 4.150.421,62 ? 1.241.537,16.

INSTALLATION OF MUTIARA SUKMA MENTAL HOSPITAL NTB IN

ABSTRACT
Schizophrenia is a chronic mental disorder that affects thoughts,
perception, emotion, language, feelings, and behaviour that can be treated with
single antipsychotic or combination. The treatment of schizophrenia is given for a
lifetime, which causes a high cost for the treatment. The high numbers of
schizophrenia patients and the burden of treatment required cost analysis. The aim
of the study is to obtain the average costs for the inpatients for schizophrenia
therapy in Mutiara Sukma Mental Health Hospital, NTB in 2020. Cost analysis is
a descriptive analysis of direct cost with the hospital perspective. The sampling
technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 105 schizophrenia
patients. The study was retrospective, based on medical records and financial
costs in 2020 taken by direct medical costs of patients with schizophrenia (F.20)
and analysed with microsoft excel and compared Mann-Whitney test. The most
diagnosed schizophrenia is paranoid schizophrenia (F20.0) (94%), which was
dominated by the male gender (73.3%) at 36-45 years (31%) with low education
level (33.33%). The length of stay for schizophrenia patients 8-14 days (60%).
The highest use of single and combination antipsychotics were risperidone
(46.4%) and risperidone-clozapine (42%). The highest costs of patients were
inpatient rooms (40%), followed by the costs of nursing care (23%), psychiatrist
(10,8%), general doctors (8.8%) laboratory examinations (1.8%), emergency
room (8.4%), psychologist (3.62%), antipsychotic drugs (1.8%), nonantipsychotic drugs (0.9%), pharmacists (0.32%), nutritionists (0.43%), medical
consumable products (0.08%), and registration (0.05%). The total average direct
medical cost per patient is Rp. 4,150,421.62 ? 1,241,537.16.
