PERSEPSI MASYARAKAT TERHADAP PERAN APOTEKER PADA PELAYANAN KEFARMASIAN DI APOTEK DI KECAMATAN MATARAM
ABSTRAK
Apoteker merupakan seseorang yang bertanggung jawab dalam
melaksanakan pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek. Pelayanan yang diberikan apoteker
dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen apotek. Penilaian kualitas pelayanan di
apotek dilihat berdasarkan persepsi masyarakat terhadap pelayanan yang sudah
diterima dalam pemenuhan harapan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk
mengetahui persepsi masyarakat terhadap peran apoteker pada pelayanan
kefarmasian di apotek di Kecamatan Mataram. Desain penelitian yang digunakan
yaitu cross sectional dengan teknik pemilihan lokasi apotek menggunakan metode
cluster sampling sehingga terpilih 7 apotek pada tiap kelurahan yang memiliki
apotek di Kecamatan Mataram. Kuesioner yang digunakan telah diuji validitas isi
(nilai V = 0,666 ? 0,916), diuji validitas konstruk (r hitung = 0,344 ? 0,689) dan uji
reliabilitas (? = 0,873) dan telah dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Data diperoleh
dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada 126 responden di 7 apotek yang terpilih dan
dianalisis dengan teknik skoring skala likert. Persepsi masyarakat terhadap peran
apoteker diukur dalam 4 domain yaitu peran apoteker secara umum (81%),
pengkajian resep dan penyiapan obat (81%), pelayanan informasi obat (86%) dan
konseling (80%). Berdasarkan data hasil persepsi masyarakat terhadap peran
apoteker dapat disimpulkan bahwa persepsi masyarakat terhadap peran apoteker
pada pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek di Kecamatan Mataram adalah tinggi (94%).

ABSTRACT
A pharmacist is someone who responsible for carrying out pharmaceutical
services in a pharmacy. The services provided by pharmacists can affect pharmacy
consumer satisfaction. Assessment of service quality in pharmacies is seen based
on public perceptions of services that have been received in meeting community
expectations. The purpose of this study was to determine public perceptions of the
role of pharmacists in pharmaceutical services at pharmacies in Mataram District.
The research design used is cross sectional with the technique of choosing the
location of the pharmacy using the cluster sampling method so that 7 pharmacies
are selected in each village that has a pharmacy in Mataram District. The
questionnaire used has been tested for content validity (V value = 0.666 ? 0.916),
tested for construct validity (r count = 0.344 ? 0.689) and reliability test (? = 0.873)
and has been declared valid and reliable. The data was obtained by distributing
questionnaires to 126 respondents at 7 selected pharmacies and analyzed using a
Likert scale scoring technique. Public perception of the role of pharmacists is
measured in 4 domains, namely the role of pharmacists in general (81%), reviewing
prescriptions and drug preparation (81%), drug information services (86%) and
counseling (80%). Based on the data from the public perception of the role of
pharmacists, it can be concluded that public perceptions of the role of pharmacists
in pharmaceutical services at pharmacies in Mataram District is high (94%).
