EVALUASI KESESUAIAN PERESEPAN OBAT TERHADAP FORMULARIUM NASIONAL DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH SUMBAWA TAHUN 2021

ABSTRAK
Formularium Nasional merupakan pedoman bagi rumah sakit untuk melakukan
peresepan obat. Standar indikator mutu pelayanan kesehatan nomor 30 tahun 2022
tentang peresepan di rumah sakit menyatakan bahwa persentase peresepan obat di
suatu rumah sakit minimal 80% sesuai dengan Fornas. Rumah Sakit Umum
Daerah Sumbawa adalah salah satu RS tipe C di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat
yang melayani pasien Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) yang memiliki jumlah
pasien yang terus meningkat tiap tahunnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
mengevaluasi kesesuaian peresepan obat terhadap Fornas di Rumah Sakit Umum
Daerah Sumbawa Tahun 2021. Rancangan penelitian bersifat observasional
dengan pengumpulan data secara retrospektif. Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh
lembar resep pasien rawat jalan dan rawat inap di RSUD Sumbawa bulan Januari
? Desember tahun 2021 yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Indikator
kesesuaian peresepan yaitu lembar resep, kandungan obat, kekuatan sediaan, dan
bentuk sediaan. Persentase kesesuaian dihitung dengan membandingkan
peresepan obat yang sesuai Fornas dengan keseluruhan jumlah resep. Persentase
kesesuaian item obat berdasarkan Fornas adalah 87,65% dan kesesuaian lembar
resep adalah 66,2% sesuai Fornas. Kesesuaian peresepan di RSUD Sumbawa
belum sesuai 100% dengan Fornas, namun peresepan berdasarkan item obat sudah
melebihi standar indikator mutu pelayanan kesehatan yaitu lebih dari 80%.

ABSTRACT
The National formulary is a guideline for hospitals to prescribe drugs. The health
service quality indicator standard number 30 of 2022 concerning hospital
prescription states that the percentage of drug prescriptions in a hospital states the
percentage of drug prescriptions in a hospital is at least 80% in according with the
National formulary. The Sumbawa Regional General Hospital is one of the type C
hospitals in West Nusa Tenggara Province which serves National Health
Insurance (NHI) patients whose number of patients continues to increase every
year. This study aims to evaluate the suitability of drug prescribing against the
National formulary at the Sumbawa Regional General Hospital in 2021. The
research design is observational with retrospective data collection. The research
sample was all prescription sheets for outpatients and inpatients at the Sumbawa
Hospital in January - December 2021 based on inclusion and exclusion criteria.
Indicators of suitability for prescribing are prescription sheets, drug content,
dosage strengths, and dosage forms. Suitability percentage was calculated by
comparing drug prescriptions according to the formulary with the total number of
prescriptions according to the national formulary. The percentage of conformity of
prescribing drug items is 87.65% according to national formulary. The percentage
of suitabilty of drug items based on National formulary was 87.65% and the
percentage of prescription sheets was 66.2% according to National formulary. The
suitabilty of prescriptions at the Sumbawa Hospital are not 100% suitable with
National formulary, but prescriptions based on drug items have exceeded the
standard indicators of drug prescriptions on hospital, namely more than 80%.
