EVALUASI PENGELOLAAN VAKSIN COVID-19 DI INSTALASI FARMASI DINAS KESEHATAN KABUPATEN LOMBOK TENGAH

ABSTRAK
Vaksin COVID-19 merupakan produk biologi yang sangat rentan terhadap
kerusakan sehingga diperlukan penangan khusus dalam menjaga mutu vaksin.
Mutu vaksin tidak hanya ditentukan dari tes laboratorium, tetapi juga tergantung
pada kualitas pengelolaannya. Dinas Kesehatan memiliki peran yang penting
dalam menjaga mutu vaksin dengan melakukan pengelolaan vaksin yang baik.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi pengelolaan vaksin COVID-19 di
Instalasi Farmasi Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Lombok Tengah terhadap standar
BPOM tahun 2021 tentang pengelolaan vaksin COVID-19 di Fasilitas Pelayanan
Kefarmasian dalam rangka vaksinasi COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan
metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sumber data bersifat
retrospektif dengan menggunakan checklist melalui wawancara dan observasi.
Analisis data dilakukan dengan menghitung persentase kesesuaian pengelolaan
vaksin pada microsoft excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa persentase
kesesuaian pengelolaan vaksin COVID-19 terhadap pedoman BPOM tahun 2021
yaitu, penerimaan sebesar 80%, penyimpanan sebesar 75,4%, pengiriman sebesar
58,3%, kalibrasi kualifikasi dan validasi sebesar 50%, personil dan pelatihan
sebesar 75%, pemeliharaan chiller/cold room/freezer sebesar 91,6%. Pengelolaan
vaksin COVID-19 di Instalasi Farmasi Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Lombok
Tengah masih belum sepenuhnya sesuai. Secara umum pengelolaan vaksin
COVID-19 memperoleh 71,7% kesesuaian terhadap standar BPOM tahun 2021
tentang pengelolaan vaksin COVID-19 di Fasilitas Pelayanan Kefarmasian dalam
rangka vaksinasi COVID-19.

ABSTRACT
The COVID-19 vaccine is a biological product that susceptible to
deterioration. Therefore it is required to maintain the quality of vaccine. The
quality determined from laboratory test and good management practice. The
Departement of Health has responsibility to maintain the good quality of vaccine.
The aims of study to evaluate the management of the COVID-19 vaccine in the
Pharmacy Installation at Departement of Health Lombok Tengah Regency with
Indonesia Food and Drug Administration standards in 2021 for the management
of the COVID-19 vaccine in pharmaceutical service. The research is a descriptive
with Cross Sectional studies. This study is retrospective, based on interviews and
observations with checklist. Data analysis is calculated with microsoft excel to
obtain the percentages of suitability for COVID-19 vaccine. The results showed
that the proportion of adjustments for administering the COVID-19 vaccine to the
2021 BPOM guidelines, namely, receipt of 80%, storage of 75.4%, delivery of
58.3%, qualification calibration and validation of 50%, personnel and training of
75 %, chiller/cold room/freezer maintenance of 91.6%. The management of the
COVID-19 vaccine in the Pharmacy Installation at Departement of Health
Lombok Tengah is still not fully appropriate. In general, the administration of the
COVID-19 vaccine obtained 71,7% alignment with the 2021 BPOM standard
regarding the administration of the COVID-19 vaccine in Pharmaceutical Service
Facilities in the framework of the COVID-19 vaccination.
