SURVEI PENERIMAAN VAKSIN COVID-19 DI PONDOK PESANTREN ABU HURAIRAH MATARAM

ABSTRAK
Tingkat penerimaan vaksin Covid-19 di salah satu pondok pesantren
tradisional masih rendah. Penelitian terkait belum pernah dilakukan di pondok
pesantren modern, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan gambaran
penerimaan vaksin Covid-19 di Pondok Pesantren Abu Hurairah Mataram. Desain
penelitian ini deskriptif potong lintang. Data demografi dan gambaran penerimaan
vaksin Covid-19 diperoleh melalui pengisian kuesioner tervalidasi pada 185
santriwati dengan teknik sampling stratifikasi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh 89,73% responden menerima vaksin
Covid-19 dengan alasan efikasi (>70%), keamanan (25,47%-89,15%), kebutuhan
terhadap vaksin (>80%) dan berdasarkan rekomendasi (40,95%-82,52%). Namun,
sejumlah 10,27% responden menolak vaksin Covid-19. Alasan utama yang
mendasari penolakan vaksin Covid-19 adalah responden berasumsi vaksin belum
tentu meningkan daya tahan tubuh (64,14%), khawatir terhadap efek samping
(73,68%), takut jarum suntik ketika divaksin (63,15%), kehalalan vaksin (52,62%)
dan rekomendasi keluarga (89,47%). Tingkat penerimaan vaksin Covid-19 di
kalangan santriwati pondok pesantren Abu Hurairah Mataram >80%. Hal ini
mengindikasikan mayoritas santriwati pondok pesantren Abu Hurairah Mataram
menerima vaksin Covid-19.

ABSTRACT
The acceptance rate of the Covid-19 vaccine in one of the traditional
Islamic boarding schools is still low. Related research has never been conducted
in modern Islamic boarding schools, so this study aims to describe the picture of
receiving the Covid-19 vaccine at the Abu Hurairah Islamic Boarding School in
Mataram. The research design is descriptive cross-sectional. Demographic data
and description of acceptance of the Covid-19 vaccine were obtained by
completing a validated questionnaire on 185 female students using a stratified
sampling technique. Data were analyzed descriptively. Based on the research
results, it was found that 89.73% of respondents received the Covid-19 vaccine
for reasons of efficacy (> 70%), safety (25.47% -89.15%), the need for vaccines
(> 80%) and based on recommendations (40, 95%-82.52%). However, 10.27% of
respondents refused the Covid-19 vaccine. The main reasons underlying the
refusal of the Covid-19 vaccine were respondents who assumed that vaccines
would not necessarily increase immunity (64.14%), were worried about side
effects (73.68%), were afraid of needles when vaccinated (63.15%), halal
vaccines (52.62%) and family recommendations (89.47%). The acceptance rate of
the Covid-19 vaccine among female students at the Abu Hurairah Mataram
Islamic boarding school is >80%. This indicates that the majority of female
students at the Abu Hurairah Mataram Islamic boarding school have received the
Covid-19 vaccine.
