HUBUNGAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN DENGAN SIKAP MASYARAKAT TENTANG PROTOKOL KESEHATAN COVID-19 DI DUSUN BILEKEDIT BARAT DESA BABUSSALAM, KECAMATAN GERUNG, KABUPATEN LOMBOK BARAT

ABSTRAK
Pada Desember 2019 muncul wabah penyakit yang diakibatkan oleh virus
SARS-CoV-2. Dalam waktu relatif singkat penyakit ini menyebar ke seluruh dunia
termasuk di Indonesia, sehingga dinyatakan sebagai pandemi COVID-19. Untuk
mencegah penularan penyakit COVID-19, pemerintah melakukan penerapan
protokol kesehatan. Masyarakat diharapkan mampu mengikuti penerapan protokol
kesehatan guna mencegah penyebaran COVID-19. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk
mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan dengan sikap masyarakat tentang
protokol kesehatan COVID-19 yang dilaksanakan di Dusun Bilekedit Barat, Desa
Babussalam, Kecamatan Gerung, Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Jenis penelitian ini
merupakan penelitian cross sectional dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara
simple random sampling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif dan uji
korelasi spearman untuk mengetahui hubungan antarvariabel. Gambaran tingkat
pengetahuan dan sikap masyarakat tentang protokol kesehatan COVID-19
menunjukkan hasil dengan kategori baik yaitu rata-rata nilai dari per variabel
tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap masing-masing 79,70% dan 84,02% dengan nilai per
indikator tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap masing-masing 84,30% dan 85,20%.
Berdasarkan uji korelasi disimpulkan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkat
pengetahuan dan sikap masyarakat tentang protokol kesehatan (p = 0,001) dengan
kekuatan korelasi yang lemah (r = 0,334).

ABSTRACT
In December 2019, a disease outbreak caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus emerged.
In a relatively short time, this disease spread throughout the world, including in
Indonesia, so it was declared a COVID-19 pandemic. To prevent the transmission
of COVID-19, the government has implemented health protocols. The community
is expected to be able to follow the implementation of health protocols to prevent
the spread of COVID-19. This study was conducted to determine the relationship
between knowledge level and community attitudes about COVID-19 health
protocols carried out in West Bilekedit Hamlet, Babussalam Village, Gerung
District, West Lombok Regency. This type of research is a cross sectional study
with a simple random sampling technique. The data obtained were analyzed
descriptively and the Spearman correlation test to determine the relationship
between variables. The description of the level of knowledge and attitudes of the
community about the COVID-19 health protocol shows results with a good
category, namely the average value of the variable level of knowledge and attitude
of 79.70% and 84.02% respectively with the value per indicator of the level of
knowledge and attitude of 84.30% and 85.20% respectively. Based on the
correlation test, it is concluded that there is a significant relationship between the
level of knowledge and attitudes of the community about health protocols (p =
0.001) with a weak correlation strength (r = 0.334).
