GINJAL KRONIS DI RSUD dr. R. SOEDJONO SELONG TAHUN 2023

Terapi hemodialisis di Indonesia merupakan salah satu terapi yang menyerap
biaya dengan porsi terbesar dan akan meningkat sesuai dengan peningkatan PGK
per tahunnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui biaya total
terapi hemodialisis dan mengetahui beban biaya yang menjadi pengeluaran
tertinggi pada pasien penyakit ginjal kronis yang menjalani terapi hemodialisis di
RSUD dr. R. Soedjono Selong pada tahun 2023. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian
deskriptif dengan desain cross-sectional. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan
pendekatan prevalensi menggunakan jenis analisis biaya terapi (Cost of Illness)
dengan perspektif pasien. Sampel pada penelitian ini merupakan seluruh populasi
pasien penyakit ginjal kronis dengan jumlah 105 pasien. Hasil penelitian di
temukan komponen biaya yang menjadi beban pembiayaan tertinggi yaitu biaya
tindakan hemodialisis dengan total biaya sebesar Rp11.308.477.000 dengan ratarata biaya per pasien sebesar Rp107.699.781 (IQR= 66.217.500-151.196.625).
Total biaya pasien PGK dengan terapi hemodialisis pada periode Januari hingga
Desember 2023 di RSUD dr.R. Soedjono Selong sebesar Rp18.294.725.623
dengan rata-rata per pasien Rp174.235.482 (IQR = 108.662.940-241.404.218).

Hemodialysis therapy in Indonesia is one of the therapies that spent the largest
portion and will be increase as high as the number of CKD patients per year. The
aim of this study is to determine the total cost of hemodialysis therapy and
determine the cost burden, which is the highest expenditure for chronic kidney
disease patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy at RSUD dr. R. Soedjono
Selong in 2023. The research type is descriptive namely cross-sectional approach.
Data collection was carried out using a prevalence approach using a type of
therapy cost analysis (Cost of Illness) from the patient's perspective. The sample
in this study was the entire population of chronic kidney disease patients with a
sample of 105 patients. The results of this study found that the cost component
that is the highest financing burden is the cost of hemodialysis procedures with a
total cost of IDR 11.308.477.000 with an average cost per patient of IDR
107.699.781 (IQR= 66.217.500-151.564.500). The total cost of CKD patients with
hemodialysis therapy in the period January to December 2023 at RSUD dr. R.
Soedjono Selong amounting to IDR 18.294.725.623 with an average per patient of
IDR 174.235.482 (IQR =108.662.940-241.404.218).
