Hubungan Komplikasi Pre Operasi Batu Ureter Terhadap Keberhasilan Operasi Ureterorenoskopi Lithotripsi di RS Biomedika pada Periode Februari 2010 - Februari 2013

Latar belakang : Batu ureter pada umumnya adalah batu yang terbentuk di dalam sistim kaliks ginjal, yang turun ke ureter. Angka kejadian penyakit ini tidak sama di berbagai belahan bumi tergantung pada kondisi geografis, etnis, dan pola hidup masyarakat. Penemuan ureteroskopi pada tahun 1980-an telah mengubah secara dramatis manajemen batu ureter. Ureteroskopi rigid digunakan bersama dengan litotripsi ultrasonik, litotripsi elektrohidrolik, litotripsi laser dan litotripsi pneumatik agar memberikan hasil lebih baik. Di NTB sejak diperkenalkannya alat ini pada tahun 2010 telah banyak pasien batu ureter maupun stenosis ureter yang dilakukan tindakan ureterorenoskopi. Dengan dilakukannya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat diketahui hubungan komplikasi batu ureter dengan keberhasilan operasi ureterorenoskopi pada semua kasus pasien dengan batu ureter.
Metode : Rancangan penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah consecutive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah semua pasien yang menjalani operasi Ureterorenoscopy Lithotripsi di Rumah Sakit Biomedika Mataram periode tahun 2010-2013. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa rekam medis pasien. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis bivariat menggunakan metode uji Lambda untuk mengetahui hubungan antara obstruksi, dan hidronefrosis dengan keberhasilan operasi URS Lithotripsi.
Hasil : Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukan bahwa variabel obstruksi dan hidronefrosis memiliki hubungan yang lemah dengan keberhasilan operasi Ureterorenoscopy Lithotripsi. Berdasarkan uji Lambda, nilai p yang didapatkan adalah 0,00. Nilai r yang didapatkan adalah 0,00, hal ini menunjukan bahwa persamaan yang didapatkan mempunyai diskriminasi yang lemah
Simpulan : Terdapat hubungan yang lemah antara obstuksi dan hidronefrosis dengan keberhasilan operasi URS pada pasien yang menjalani operasi URS di Rumah Sakit Biomedika Mataram periode tahun 2010-013

ABSTRACT
Relationships Between Pre Operation Complications of Ureter Stone Against Success of Ureterorenoscopy Lithotripsy Surgery in Hospital Biomedika in period February 2010 - February 2013

Background : Ureteral stones is a stone formed in the kidney Calix systems, which fall into the ureter. The incidence of this disease is not the same in different parts of the world depends on geography, ethnicity, and lifestyle of the people. Ureterorenoscopy discovery in the 1980s has dramatically changed the management of ureteral stones. Ureterorenoscopy rigid used in conjunction with ultrasonic lithotripsy, electrohydraulic lithotripsy, laser lithotripsy and pneumatic lithotripsy in order to provide better results. In NTB since the introduction of this tool in 2010 had many patients ureteral stones and ureteral stenosis ureterorenoscopy action. With this study is expected to note the relationship of complications with ureteral stones ureterorenoskopi successful operation in all cases of patients with ureteral stones.
Methods : The study design was cross-sectional. The sampling technique used was consecutive sampling. The samples used were all patients who underwent ureterorenoscopy lithotripsy surgery at the Hospital Biomedika Mataram period 2010-2013. The research instrument used in the form of medical records of patients .Statistical analyzes used were descriptive and bivariate analysis using Lambda test method to determine the relationship between the obstruction, and hydronephrosis with successful operation of URS Lhitotripsy.
Results : The results of bivariate analysis showed that the variable obstruction and hydronephrosis have a weak relationship with the successful operation ureterorenoscopy lithotripsy . Based on the Lambda test , p-value obtained was 0.00 and R value obtained was 0.00 , indicating that the obtained equation has a weak discrimination
Conclusion : There is a weak correlation between obstuction and hydronephrosis with successful operation in patients undergoing URS surgery at the Hospital Biomedical Mataram year period 2010-013
